A few weeks ago, the St. John's Bazaar comes to town, as it does every June. It's a weekend festival of the scary, quickly-assembled type. I haven't gone to it since I was quite young, but I did take some pictures of the ferris wheel this year:
Tomorrow I am heading off to Massachusetts on the first leg of a trip that will include visits for friends in Boston, Bennington, and possibly Northampton. It'll be all on buses this time, unfortunately, as the train to Albany doesn't run in the beginning of the week. Here's a photo I took from the train at South Station in March:
