My grandmother just got a new dog, a springer spaniel puppy named Hugo. He took to me instantly, so I was declared his godmother. Here he is, my god-dog: Bonus: When we took him for a walk, I saw about half a dozen robins... and a killdeer!

Dreams of Flying

I love flying. It's a not-so-secret dream of mine to get a pilot's license. I'm strangely obsessed with birds. And I LOVE taking pictures from airplanes. Here's one of the plane's wing, taken on a flight home from California last winter.
