In my New Media class, Intro to Digital Imaging, we made "get out the vote" posters. I ended up making five different posters. For this one, I focused on the idea of change, since it's been such a buzzword in this election. I added the piggy bank (a stock image from the excellent stock.xchng) both as a play on the word "change" and as a reflection of the importance of the economy as an issue.
I have no easy access to a television, which means I have missed not only the debates but also all sorts of coverage of them... including the only coverage that matters to me (the Daily Show and Colbert Report, of course). But I think this flow chart tells me all I really needed to know:

Instead of a photo, I'm posting one of my new favorite songs: Jonathan Coulton's "The Presidents." It's available for free on his website, along with many other excellent ditties glorifying the wonders of Ikea, Skymall, and Flickr. (That last one makes a lot more sense if you watch the video.)
My apologies for the lack of posts recently! They should get more frequent as summer comes to a close.
